Do Good Day
Do Good Day returns to Ferg’s on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 11 AM to 2 PM as St. Petersburg’s premier nonprofit fair. Officially proclaimed by Mayor Ken Welch as an annual civic initiative, the event brings together more than 50 local nonprofit organizations in a career fair style format designed to connect residents directly with local volunteer opportunities.
Attendees can meet nonprofit leaders, explore causes, and discover meaningful ways to get involved in the community, all in one place. Participating organizations represent a wide range of missions, including youth development, mental health, housing stability, environmental initiatives, arts and culture, veteran support, and animal welfare.
In its inaugural year, 38 nonprofits participated, and every participating organization reported securing quality volunteers as a direct result of the event. Participation has nearly doubled for 2026, reflecting continued growth and collaboration within St. Petersburg’s nonprofit ecosystem.
The event will also feature family friendly entertainment and a live broadcast from Radio St. Pete.
Do Good Day is free and open to the public. Community members of all ages are encouraged to attend, learn about local causes, and find meaningful ways to get involved.
