Whippany Park High School Theatre Presents: The Wizard of Oz
Join the talented students at Whippany Park High School (WPHS) Theatre in the retelling of The Wizard of Oz, the beloved tale that has entertained audiences for generations, in which a Kansas farm girl travels over the rainbow to discover the magical power of home.
There will be four showings between February 26 and 28, 2026, at the WPHS Theatre, located at 165 Whippany Road, Whippany, NJ 07981. Run time is approximately 2 hours, including one intermission.
Show times are:
• Thursday, Feb. 26: 7pm
• Friday, Feb. 27: 7pm
• Saturday, Feb. 28: 2pm and 7pm
Ticket prices are $15 for general admission and $12 for senior citizens and students. Tickets can be purchased online at https://bit.ly/WPHST26 or during the following box office hours in the main lobby of WPHS:

The Wizard of Oz (RSC Version), by L. Frank Baum, with music and lyrics by Harold Arlen and E. Y. Harburg, is based upon the classic motion picture owned by Turner Entertainment Co. and distributed in all media by Warner Bros. This performance by WPHS is presented by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc, a Concord Theatricals Company.

Whippany Park High School Theatre has been putting on performances for nearly 60 years! They put on two crowd-pleasing performances a year – a fall drama and a spring musical.
