Wild Edibles: Spring Greens
Gardening season has begun, but there's plenty to harvest even before our veggies are ready! We'll identify common backyard weeds & edible ornamentals, discuss the ecological impact of foraging, and enjoy some wild-harvested dishes. Dress for indoor and outdoor time.
