Step Up to the Plate for Somerset History
On Sunday, July 5, 2026 at 1:05 pm, the Somerset Patriots will take the field as the Somerset Semiquincentennials in special commemorative uniforms celebrating America’s 250th anniversary — and the Somerset County Historical Society has been selected as the featured non-profit for the game.
A portion of every ticket sold through our fundraiser benefits the Somerset County Historical Society, an all-volunteer organization dedicated to preserving local history, maintaining a historic home, and sharing Somerset County’s stories with the community.
This is one of only four special Semiquincentennials games this season, making it a unique chance to enjoy baseball, celebrate history, and support local preservation efforts all at once.
We know there are plenty of ways to spend a holiday weekend, but we hope you’ll consider spending part of yours with us at the ballpark. History has always mattered to us — and we’re grateful to everyone who helps keep it alive.
