    Independence Seaport Museum launched the Old City Seaport Festival, on October 6 & 7 inside and outside the Museum on Penn's Landing. Tall Ship, classic boats, live music, a beer garden and great food trucks, ere all part of the festival. The weekend ended with a bang when the ship took to the river for an epic Pirate Battle!
