Hispanic Carnival
Hispanic Carnival is from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21 at the Sheldon Concert Hall and Galleries, 3648 Washington Blvd. in St. Louis. Enjoy cultural performances, create a colorful mask and maracas, and parade down Washington Boulevard with music and costumes representing many Hispanic cultures.
