The Kindness Quest: A Journey with Lion + Owl
Join Lion + Owl for The Kindness Quest, a special event celebrating kindness, confidence, and inclusivity for St. Louis families!
Hosted in collaboration with The Novel Neighbor, this interactive experience invites children to engage in activities inspired by Lion + Owl’s core values and the heartwarming book Oh I Just Didn’t Know, written by our founder.
Children and families will enjoy a range of interactive stations designed to build confidence, spread kindness, and foster self-expression. Highlights include:
“Words of Power”: Start the journey with an affirmation card from our spinning wheel of positive surprises.
“Dear Future Me”: Kids can write encouraging letters to their future selves or create colorful artwork.
“Let Your Roar Out”: After hearing a reading from Oh I Just Didn’t Know, children can let out a mighty roar to say goodbye to their fears.
“Friendship Rocks”: Kids can decorate a pre-painted rock with a positive message, a small token to keep or leave for others to find.
“Photo Finish”: Celebrate completing the Kindness Quest with a special photo at our Lion + Owl backdrop and grab a custom hot chocolate while perusing the latest Lion+Owl apparel collection.
This event if FREE to attend and open to the community.
Lion + Owl makes all kids feel confident and comfortable! Inspired by real kids, our inclusive apparel caters to all children. Our thoughtfully designed clothes feature tagless seams, vibrant colors, and tactile elements, ensuring comfort and versatility. We aim to create a community where kids support and welcome each other, embracing their individuality and differences.
