Hand rolled beeswax Candle Workshop
In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to craft beautiful candles using natural beeswax sheets.Hosted by The School of The Forgotten Arts, you will be guided through the simple process of rolling the wax sheets around a cotton/hemp wick to creating more complex and beautiful designs. We will cover how to handle beeswax sheets, how to measure and cut, decorate and customize. participents will be guided through a wide range of candle shapes and sizes. The possibilities are infinite as we learn to make pillar candles, candle swirls, tapered, beehive, votive and even birthday candles!
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned crafter, this workshop is the perfect way to spend an Autumn afternoon. Tea, coffee and pastries provided.
