Wine Women & Shoes Gala
Wine Women & Shoes Gala is from 6-9:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 1 at the Hawthorn, 2231 Washington Ave. in St. Louis. Attendees will enjoy a luxury vendor marketplace, good food/wine, designer handbag and jewelry raffles, a live auction, prizes and more. This event raises funds for rare disease research and supports children and families battling rare diseases. Proceeds from the gala will support rare pediatric disease research and assist families with the cost of genetic testing, an often expensive but crucial first step toward a diagnosis. Hosted by The Take Part Foundation, a St. Louis-based nonprofit that identifies and funds medical research for rare pediatric conditions.
