FREE Football Training Clinic for All Age Groups
Team Express Training Center is excited to announce a FREE football training and instructional clinic on Sat., May 10th, from 10:00AM to 2:00PM. This event is open to football players of all age groups and skill levels, and will be held at the Team Express Training Center in Fenton, MO.
In partnership with Elite Football Academy, this event will feature introductory sessions of their position-specific training program, offering expert instruction and development in all phases of the game.
Participants will receive specialized training in:
• Offensive and Defensive Lines: Techniques for dominance at the line of scrimmage, including blocking, shedding blocks, and pass rush
• Quarterbacks: Fundamentals of throwing, footwork, decision-making, and reading defenses
• Wide Receivers and Defensive Backs: Route running, catching, coverage techniques, and ball skills
• Running Backs and Linebackers: Running mechanics, blocking, tackling, pursuit angles, and defensive reads

This hands-on clinic emphasizes fundamental techniques, proper form, and game-specific drills, giving athletes a chance to learn from experienced coaches and connect with other passionate football players.
