One of the most difficult questions is what to charge? Do I give big discounts to get my first customers? Being the low-cost provider is a plan to go broke. So how do I maximize income without jeopardizing the future of my business? The answer is part science and part gut feel. There are no perfect answers so we will cover the thought process you need to find the right number. It will not be perfect; everyone must experiment a bit and learn from the market. But it doesn’t have to be overly complicated either.
