The Lighting of Two Lanterns
The Lighting of Two Lanterns is from 5-6:30 p.m. on April 18 at The St. Charles County Historical Society, 101 South Main.
We’re joining Historic Sites across the United States in lighting two lights on April 18, 2025 to commemorate the 250th anniversary of “two if by sea” and Paul Revere’s midnight ride on April 18, 1775. Featuring a public reading of “Paul Revere’s Ride” by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, a commemorative lighting of Two Lights at the St. Charles’ Old City Hall, and light refreshments.
