Organizations representing billions in public infrastructure and private development investments planned across the St. Louis region will be showcasing their capital improvement programs to the public, industry partners, and community stakeholders at the Investment in Infrastructure Expo 2026, hosted by the SITE Improvement Association on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the St. Charles Convention Center.
This one-of-a-kind event brings together state government agencies, local municipalities, utilities, and private developers in one place to provide early visibility into the investments shaping the region's growth through infrastructure investment. Attendees will hear directly from the organizations responsible for roads, utilities, transit, parks, airports, economic redevelopment, and major private development initiatives impacting communities across Eastern Missouri.
Representatives from public agencies and private development firms will spend the afternoon meeting with contractors, engineers, suppliers, business leaders, and interested stakeholders in a trade-show setting. The Expo will run from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with networking, food, and beverages beginning at 3:30 p.m.
"The infrastructure and development investments being made today will influence the St. Louis region for decades," said Jeremy Bennett, Executive Director of SITE Improvement Association. "This Expo is the only one of its kind around the nation and gives industry stakeholders a clear picture of what projects are needed, where dollars are being directed, and how public and private investment intersect to support economic growth and quality of life."
Confirmed Investment Presenters for the 2026 Expo include:
Ameren; Bi-State Development; City of Brentwood; City of Cottleville; City of Dellwood; City of Manchester; City of O'Fallon; City of St. Peters; City of St. Louis; Jefferson County; St. Charles County; St. Louis County; St. Louis County Parks and Recreation; Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; Missouri Department of Transportation; St. Louis Lambert International Airport; Saint Louis Zoo; St. Louis Development Corporation; Clayco; and McCarthy Building Companies.
