‘Motivate & Move’ 5K Run/Walk
‘Motivate & Move’ 5K Run/Walk is at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 12 in Queeny Park, 1675 S Mason Road. There will also be a post-race party with a DJ, mobility demo, samples of new and favorite nutrition products, reps from area gyms, fitness and wellness experts, a live demonstration by LFL Gym Powerlifting Team and more. Entry fee is $35 and includes a commemorative t-shirt and a $35 Fit Flavors Gift Card. Life Gym provides supervised and safe fitness programming for children 8 to 18 years old, five evenings a week free of charge. To register, visit liftforlifegym.org.
