Is your Chili recipe good enough? Are you ready to prove it?
Be an entrant in the Chili Pot Luck at the Edwardsville American Legion Saturday January 25.
Judged and People's Choice Awards.
Entry Fee $25. Register at the Edwardsville American Legion in the bar or call 6+18-656-9774. There are a limited number of entrants so act quickly.
Pre-cook your chili then bring it to the Legion and serve from your own crockpot. This is an open competition so with or without beans, red, verde, green or vegetarian are all acceptable version.
Set-up starts at 9:00 am, public attendance opens at 11:30 am. Awards at 2:00 pm.
