Steve Morris' stunning watercolor exhibition will be on display from February 8th to April 12th, and we invite you to join us for the opening reception on February 8th from 1-4pm, where you can enjoy wine and meet the artist! As a signature member of the National Watercolor Society, Missouri Watercolor Society, St. Louis Watercolor Society, and Heartland Art Club, Steve’s work reflects his deep connection to the natural world. Each piece invites viewers to immerse themselves in nature’s intricate details, capturing its essence with every brushstroke. A former graphic designer with degrees in Graphic Design and Printmaking from Washington University, Steve shifted his focus to fine art after retiring. His watercolor paintings have earned numerous awards, including recognition in the prestigious International ARC Salon, Shenzhen International Watercolor Biennial, and the National Watercolor Society’s 100th International Open. His work has also been featured in respected publications such as International Artist Magazine and Watercolor Artist Magazine. This exhibition highlights Steve’s remarkable ability to evoke emotional responses through his art. Whether capturing the delicate form of birds or the serene beauty of nature, his paintings encourage viewers to feel captured by his imaginative work. As Steve says, “When someone views my work, I want them to be drawn in and feel an emotional response—joy, sadness, wonder, or awe—not about my work but about nature.” Don’t miss this opportunity to experience Steve’s award-winning art in person!
