Phantom of the Opera (Silent Film with Organ)
Phantom of the Opera (Silent Film with Organ) is at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9 at Manchester UMC,129 Woods Mill Road in Manchester, featuring the timeless love story in the 1929 silent film version of “Phantom” with organ accompaniment. Julliard-trained performer and composer, Dorothy Papadakos is an internationally renowned organist. From 1990-2003, she was the first and only woman cathedral organist at New York’s Cathedral of St. John the Divine. Complimentary popcorn and lemonade will be served.
