Taekwondo Kids Classes (Ages 4-6)

This is a fast-paced class designed especially for kids 4-6 years old. The basics of Taekwondo are taught. Classes begin with kids designed exercises. Then the class breaks into 3 stations. One station the new kids learn to tie their belts, existing students learn a form or get tested for a belt tip or learn forms. The second station works on focus by reading small martial arts books, finding hidden objects, find the differences, puzzles, etc. The third station works on the technique of the week. The final thing done at the end of class is some kind of class team relay. This is a 12-week course meeting for 1 hour. Uniforms are available for $20 at the first class. Resident fee for 12 weeks is $40. Non-resident is $60. $22 AAU membership is also required.
