BCI Open House
This year’s event will feature an all-new tour experience, with multiple stations offering unique insights into BCI’s diverse programs and services. Guests will see how BCI empowers individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment and training opportunities.
Attendees will tour BCI’s Organizational Employment Program, which operates as BCI Packaging. This program employs 190 adults with disabilities and provides contract packaging and light manufacturing services to manufacturers worldwide. Attendees will also meet the Competitive Employment team, explore job placement services, and learn about the BCI Skills Center, which offers vocational training in partnership with local businesses.
With contract packaging facilities in St. Charles and Lincoln counties employing 235 individuals and competitive programs serving more than 100 participants annually, BCI is one of Missouri’s leading organizations connecting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to employment.
