Unplug and take a rejuvenating stroll through the forest with us. This is a gentle and mindful outdoor experience that will allow you to connect deeply to the healing powers of nature.
Saunter along woodland trails, immerse yourself in the sights and sounds all around you, and allow yourself to become acquainted with life in the forest. Through bird and tree identification as well as wildlife tracking, you can begin to know our natural world more intimately.
Improve your wellbeing with guided meditation, gentle movements and breathing exercises. This practice has been proven to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system and help restore a sense of balance. This experience is led by Ami Jean Aubin, Adventure East Director of Education and Wellness, a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Leader.
