Free Chair Yoga and Gentle Vinyasa Yoga Classes
Chair Yoga will start at 6pm
This class is done primarily sitting in a chair and is ideal for people with limited mobility.
Gentle Vinyasa Yoga will start at 7pm
This class is great for beginners and is more "general".
Classes will be held in Kelsey Hall at Christ Congregational Church:

It is important that you sign up because classes fill up very quickly. The form MUST be completed for each person attending.
These classes are for people ages 16 and up.
*Please note that you will have to fill out a release form when you attend the class for the first time. (In-Person)
