Dance NOW! Miami presents Program III Featuring Terra Mia/My Land
with imagery recreating a vibrant atmosphere as we walk through Salterini’s nostalgic memories of his life and his family’s history. As an immigrant, Salterini shares his experiences of leaving his homeland and finding a new community in Miami, a place that he now calls home. Audiences will witness the intersection of different cultures and identities, and the message of acceptance. The evening will also include a celebration of Dance NOW!’s quarter century of creating and presenting contemporary dance with audience favorites from the company’s history.
