The holiday dining experience will feature a wide variety of delicious items prepared by the hotel’s talented culinary team, family photos with the Easter Bunny, and both indoor and outdoor seating options with breathtaking views of the lake.
The brunch menu will feature an array of breakfast favorites, ranging from a made-to-order omelet station and a house-made donut wall to an assortment of pastries including danishes, apple turnovers, and berry scones. Diners can also enjoy a selection of cured meats and artisanal cheeses, a fresh seafood display with options ranging from oysters to poached prawns, a gourmet salad with candied walnuts and a strawberry vinaigrette, breakfast potatoes, and honey-glazed spiral ham among several other options.
A special children’s buffet will also be available featuring macaroni and cheese, chicken tenders, French fries, steamed vegetables, and more. Additionally, the brunch will feature decadent dessert selections including Easter egg hunt pudding cups, passionfruit yogurt mousse tartlets, rice Krispie treats, and an assortment of mini cupcakes with flavors including rose raspberry, lavender blueberry, and carrot orange blossom.
