Town & Country Markets - Shoreline’s Fresh Catch
On Saturday, April 26th, Town & Country (T&C) Markets, one of few local, independent, and family-owned and operated markets across Puget Sound, will host a Fresh Catch event at its Shoreline Market to celebrate sustainable, responsibly sourced seafood with the community! Attendees will enjoy:
* Exploring oysters with pro shuckers from Johnson & Gunstone
* Pairing wines with seafood with L'Ecole
* Learning about sustainable seafood choices from conservation experts
* Sampling delicious offerings from some of our favorite seafood partners
* Meet author Cynthia Nims and pick up a signed copy of her cookbook, Shellfish
