PCC Cooking Class - Date Night: Northwest Feast


With our experts as your guide, you’ll learn to oven-roast king salmon so it’s perfectly flaky, and practice carefully reducing a cream sauce. For a side, you’ll try your hand at a multi-step process for turning out smashed potatoes with crispy golden edges. And for dessert, you’ll learn to gently heat ingredients for a panna cotta without scalding. You’ll leave class ready to recreate this Northwest-inspired menu at home. Contains seafood and dairy. About the instructor: Our seasoned instructors and chefs have been chosen to be a part of PCC Cooks because of their culinary expertise and sincere enthusiasm and talent for teaching.
