Thursday Night Wine: Class–Demystifying Chardonnay
Misunderstood and maligned, chardonnay is also the most popular white wine in the world. Why the discrepancy? By delving into different expressions of chardonnay from France, California, and Washington, we’ll consider that question. Through tasting, instruction, and discussion, participants will increase their understanding of and appreciation for chardonnay.
A guided tasting of 3 wines is included. Limited to 10 participants.
About the Instructor:
Matt Frazier is the proprietor of Drum Roll Wine, a graduate of the Northwest Wine Academy, a French Wine Scholar with highest honors, and he holds an Advanced certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust. Matt’s passionate about making wine more accessible and easier to enjoy for all.
