Capitol Hill Farmers Market
The market fills the gathering plaza as well as this special street designated for festivals and fun (and fresh local food!). This portion of Denny Way was renamed E Barbara Bailey Way in 2019 to honor Barbara Bailey, a beloved bookseller, LGBTQ+ rights activist, and Seattle native.
We’ve also now added summer Tuesdays! We’re excited to bring this weekday addition to the neighborhood, offering another opportunity to stock up on fresh produce during the high summer season, and in turn providing space for more local farms to connect with customers.
