"Path of the Panther" – Movie Watch Party and Conservation Panel
Join UF/IFAS Extension Sarasota County, SunCoast Friends of the Florida Master Naturalist Program, and Big Waters Land Trust as we host a movie screening of the documentary "Path of the Panther." The movie will be followed by a panel discussion with local conservation professionals including Brie Ondercin, Sarasota County Land Acquisition Coordinator; Brooke Langston, Big Waters Land Trust Director of Land Protection; and Jim Strickland, representing Strickland Ranch, Blackbeard’s Ranch and Vice Chair of the Florida Conservation Group.

Schedule for the evening:
Doors open at 5:45pm, event starts at 6:00pm.
• 6:00-6:10pm - Welcome and Introductions from our hosts
• 6:10-7:45pm - Watch "Path of the Panther"
• 7:45-8:00pm - Break and refreshments
• 8:00-8:15pm - Introduction of panelists
• 8:15-9:00pm - Conservation panel Q&A until 9pm
Participants under 16 years old must attend with a parent or guardian. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Wildpath. If ticket price is a hardship, please contact kclements@scgov.net for a limited number of scholarships.

Parking: Twin Lakes Park is just east of Interstate-75 on Clark Road (exit 205) in Sarasota. Upon entering Twin Lakes Park, make a right at the first stop sign and follow driveway ahead to parking. The Extension office is the building to the right. Event will be held in the classroom to the right off the main lobby.
