Jazz at the Cabaret presents a concert of swingin' jazz with Hot Club SRQ
Monday Night Jazz at the Cabaret presents an exciting evening of jazz with the music of Hot Club SRQ in downtown Sarasota at the John C. Court Cabaret at FST; First St and Cocoanut Ave, Sarasota. Hot Club SRQ plays Gypsy Jazz, music that is deeply rooted in the style of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli. This music simply swings and is full of beauty and romance’. Enjoy a mix of swing, ballads, tango, Flamenco, bossa nova and straight ahead jazz. Keven Aland, violin; Jon McLaughlin, guitar; Glenn Stevenson, bass. Concert begins at 7:30 pm.
