NRR Fit Day!
Join us at North River Ranch from 9 AM - 12 PM for a day of wellness fitness and therapies to help you be your healthiest. NRR Fit Day is fit for every stage and every age including pets! We will have over 30 exhibitors including wellness vendors fitness & movement activities food beverage and entertainment.
Exhibitions include assisted stretching fitness demos yogas and sound meditation Jiu Jitsu dance an obstacle course for dogs B12 shots wellness physicians and dentists cold plunges cryotherapy and more! There will also be a DJ a golf simulator and food vendors!
