ACE – Vinyasa Flow Yoga (not for the very beginner)


Vinyasa Flow is not gentle yoga. It is an active form of yoga. We will be moving for much of the hour, as we flow from pose to pose. Vinyasa means moving with the breath. This connects our body with our mind, helping us to be calm and enabling us to focus. My class is for all levels. but requires the desire to move, as we work to improve our flexibility, strength and balance.
