Want to try mosaics? This class is a great first step! You'll learn all about how to cut, shape, glue, and grout - while making some fun projects for your house and garden, such as whimsical garden signs, colorful pots, stepping stones, coasters, and door stops. We use glass tile, china, marbles, and all kinds of odd objects such as old costume jewelry, shells, keys, beads, coins, tokens, and toys. Bring any personal items to use in your mosaics to make it uniquely yours. My motto is, "Don't throw anything away" - because it usually finds its way onto a mosaic eventually!
