In this four session course, we will explore both in broad and specific strokes, the benefits and practices of mindfulness. Through guided meditations, discussion, in-class and at home exercises, and limited lecture, students will learn about the science and history of mindfulness and its impact toward an overall healthy lifestyle while also having the opportunity to develop their own tools both for general use and for specific practices related to eating, sleep, and anxiety.
