ACE - Color Theory: Creating Art with a Co-Primary Palette, All Levels
In this class, we will delve into color theory by utilizing a co-primary palette, featuring both cool and warm variations. Participants will engage in mixing and painting a diverse range of subjects on canvas. Prepare to be amazed and experience numerous “aha” moments as you discover the power of color!
Materials Needed:
2-3 canvases (11"x14")
Palette paper
Assorted acrylic paintbrushes: (Acrylic Royal & Langnickel Brush set from Walmart or Amazon will work)
Acrylics (Liquitex Basics or similar student grade is fine): Ultramarine Blue; Phthalocyanine Blue; Cadmium Red Light; Alizarin Crimson; Cadmium Yellow Deep; Cadmium Yellow Light; Burnt Umber; Paynes Gray; Titanium White
