The Women's Health Conference will be taking place at the Westside Toadal Fitness in Santa Cruz will have a variety of speakers from different health and fitness professions. There will be an optional weightlifting class and dinner potluck beforehand, with the main even happening from 6:15-8:30PM with our 5 speakers.
