Prince John has decreed that the townsfolk of Nottingham pay weekly taxes or face the penalty of death! The despicable Sheriff of Nottingham gladly follows her evil sire's plans! All hope is lost with no one to save them...until they hear word of a noble hero --- the dreamy Robin Hood of Locksley! Robin Hood, with the help of his merry men (women), rob from the rich, give to the poor, and try to save the fair Maid Marian. Will Robin & his small band of heroes save the townsfolk & Maid Marian? Or will Prince John and the Sheriff win in the end?
This play-within-a-play comic retelling of the story includes zany duels, missed cues, and unforgettable action like only Sunol Repertory Theatre can provide! A Robin Hood legend unlike any you've ever seen! Fun for the whole family.
Tickets are $20 for reserved seating. All proceeds go to the Sunol Glen School!
