The Art of Sketching and Color Mixing with Susan Brown

This class is for you! No experience necessary. All skill levels are welcome. It's not about doing technical drawing, but to have fun and give an individual twist to your sketches. There's nothing like sketches to remember those moments. They are something to view over and over...and give you pleasure each time! You will learn and practice how to do quick, easy sketches using pens or charcoal pencils, as well as how to make your sketches pop with color. Also, how to mix wonderful greys with more than black and white, to enhance all your paintings in any medium. We'll be using watercolor, but these skills apply to acrylic and oil as well. Susan will be giving demonstrations and will give everyone lots of guidance and individual attention. On Sunday, depending on the weather, we'll go outside and sketch and paint. If not, we'll continue practicing inside.
