This one day yoga retreat at lovely Pie Ranch is an invitation to reconnect with our inner selves and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with our bodies, minds, our communities and the land.
We'll gather on the farm with warm beverages and begin the day with an active morning vinyasa class, exploring a full body mindful flow – a dynamic yet accessible practice that builds strength, flexibility, and awareness. With a slow start and a non-rushing mindset, we'll prepare the body and mind for deeper transitions and new possibilities.
Lunch is a farm-to-table vegetarian meal straight from the fields prepared by Pie Ranch's very own Chef Linh Vong. Dietary considerations welcome!
After lunch, relax in the meadow or join along on a walking tour of Pie Ranch—a 27 acre organic, regenerative farm growing a diversity of vegetables, grains, beans, and tree fruit. We'll wrap up the farm tour in the Pie Ranch kitchen where participants have the opportunity to get their hands in the dough for a pie baking lesson with seasonal fruits! If you'd rather take time to rest, reflect, or connect, please feel free to practice intentional downtime before the afternoon class.
We'll close the day with a late afternoon restorative practice, designed to encourage deep listening, release tension, and nourish the nervous system. This practice will include a thoughtfully guided, deeply grounding asana flow, where we'll integrate somatic practices, self-inquiry, and breath mantras to help us tune into our body’s wisdom. This session invites you to unwind and integrate the day's movement with breath, stillness, and deep relaxation.
Before we say goodbye, we'll gather to enjoy our freshly-baked pies in the meadow!

9:30-10am Arrive, settle in with tea and coffee
10am-12pm Active Vinyasa Flow
12-1pm Farm-to-table lunch with local, seasonal produce
1-3pm Flexible free time: a farm tour or take time to rest, read, paint or explore the coast--whatever suits your retreating style!
3-4:15pm Group pie baking lesson or continue retreating your way
4:30-6:pm Restorative afternoon practice
6-6:30pm Enjoy fresh-baked pie together & say goodbye
About the Yoga
Each class will include creative sequencing and student-inspired elements, making the experience fresh and uniquely attuned to our group. Whether you seek challenge, ease, or both, you'll feel supported in a space that encourages curiosity, exploration and presence. Throughout the retreat, you'll be supported in exploring what feels good and right for you - honoring your body's cues, embracing its uniqueness, and discovering practical tools to carry this awareness into daily life.
By the end of the retreat, you'll leave feeling more at home in your body and mind, with a deeper sense of trust in yourself and simple ways to sustain this connection beyond the mat.
