Linden Tree Books & Access Books Bay Area July Book Drive for Public School Libraries

Access Books Bay Area is honored to be partnering for the third consecutive year with the beloved, family-owned Linden Tree Books in Los Altos. More than just a children’s bookstore, Linden Tree specializes in connecting readers, both young and old, to the magic of books through author talks, kids’ activities and workshops. Throughout July, your visits to this unique bookstore carry extra meaning, allowing you to make an even bigger difference. Donate by purchasing K-8 hardcover books or a gift card at Linden Tree Books and placing it in the blue mailbox at the cash register, or donate gift cards online by selecting “In-Store Pickup” and noting "Access Books Bay Area." Donations will support an upcoming public school library refurbishment project with brand new, high-quality books. Tell your family and friends about it too! Access Books Bay Area is a non-profit organization that provides public elementary schools in under-resourced districts with new books and a refreshed library space. Both organizations believe all children, regardless of socioeconomic status, deserve a welcoming school library with new, culturally relevant pleasure reading books to discover a love of reading.
