33rd Annual One from the Heart Awards Breakfast
Pathways is excited to announce that we will return to the Crowne Plaza Palo Alto for our 33rd annual One from the Heart event on October 17th, 2024.
For our 33rd annual in-person breakfast, the featured speaker is Kelly Corrigan, the New York Times bestselling author and host of the PBS Series Tell Me More with Kelly Corrigan. You may have heard an episode of her podcast Kelly Corrigan Wonders or recognized her books The Middle Place and Glitter and Glue.
Proceeds from the Breakfast enable us to advance our mission to provide high-quality patient and family-centered care in the home, and our success within the community would not be possible without the generosity of our community partners and supporters.
In response to the growing need for services, Pathways ensures that our brave healthcare heroes have the tools and training to continue to provide excellent, compassionate medical care to our home health and hospice patients wherever they reside. Please help these wonderful nurses, therapists, social workers, bereavement counselors, and other care team members and volunteers to fulfill Pathways’ critical mission with a table or sponsorship for this year’s One from the Heart.
