I provide percussion instruments, and bring your own favorites.

Get in the Groove—With Rhythm as a Life Practice!
I share fun and easy tips for beginners as we explore playing rhythm instruments—no experience needed! I've fine-tuned these tips over the past four decades for tens of thousands of people worldwide in corporate, community and private sessions.
Then we dive into how rhythm can be a playful, powerful Life Practice. By getting into a strong groove—personally and as a community—we reinforce patterns of attitude and action that help us live the lives we truly choose.
Together, we go on a guided Rhythm Journey, a step-by-step experience I've designed to activate and embody powerful Life Rhythms that help us stay grounded, focused, energized and joyfully connected to ourselves and with each other.
