BONSAI & ORCHID SHOW AND SALE
MAY 3 - 10am to 5pm & MAY 4 - 10am to 4pm - at the Capitola Mall in the former Sears Location
Witness the art of Bonsai and the beauty of rare species of Orchids at this exciting event hosted by the Santa Cruz Orchid Society and the Santa Cruz Bonsai Kai. The exhibited plants are all grown in our Santa Cruz area. Local experts will be available and happy to answer your questions on their culture.
Featuring:
-American Orchid Society judged show
-Local society member sales include mature and starter plants of both bonsai and orchids. There will be beneficial drawings in addition to sales of books, pots, and bonsai related items.
- Exhibiting vendors invited with offerings not generally available locally, including exotic carnivorous plants, bonsai and pre-bonsai trees.
Demonstrations on bonsai construction and orchid repotting and care.
