As we come to the ladder half of winter, we can begin to melt away the stagnant parts of ourselves. In this sound healing & reiki session, I invite you to join us in our intention to find flow. We will explore the present moment through continuous and intuitive vibration of the spiritual instruments including crystal singing bowls and more.
Emersen will be playing a range of instruments including the didgeridoo, singing bowls, chakapa, gongs, and more. The soundscape will be enriched by his vocals which include throat singing. The experience will be relaxing, transcendent, and nourishing. The soundscape provided is a portal to your inward journey.
With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.
During the sound bath, Joyce Leonard (of Santa Cruz Reiki Works) will offer Reiki by placing or hovering her hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel her gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self.
