Build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in our Moderate Flow Yoga class, held every Monday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California.
Led by the experienced Iva Chu (teacher subject to change based on availability), this moderately-paced class is designed for all levels, offering a balanced practice that challenges and invigorates. You'll flow through a series of poses that strengthen your body and improve your flexibility while cultivating a deeper sense of mindfulness.
While the class is accessible to all levels, we may occasionally introduce challenging poses like handstands and arm balances. Don't worry, though! We'll provide preparatory poses and modifications to ensure everyone feels comfortable and empowered to explore their practice.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, our Moderate Flow class welcomes you to discover the joy of mindful movement and cultivate a deeper connection to your body and breath.
