Fall Into Relaxation A Restorative Workshop


As the seasons shift and we embrace the balance of the Fall Equinox, join us for a deeply rejuvenating 2.5-hour Restorative Yoga Retreat with our in-house Restorative Queen, Judi Q. In this special workshop, we'll create a loving and grounding foundation for your practice, slowing down, decompressing, and honoring our sacred selves in the stillness of Restorative Yoga. Expect to: Melt into restful poses held for up to 20+ minutes, allowing your mind and body to fully unwind. Be supported and nurtured with bolsters, blankets, and other props. Experience deep relaxation, healing, and compassionate awareness. Embrace full acceptance of yourself and others in a space of non-judgment. Leave feeling calm, rested, rejuvenated, and empowered within your authentic self. Connect with a community of like-minded yogis (sangha) who understand the importance of rest and restoration. Props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own favorites. After the event, join us at the Bloom Tea Bar for premium loose-leaf tea and sweet treats – a perfect way to extend the blissful vibes! Spaces are limited, so sign up early!
