The team behind the swanky San Diego hotel bar brings its classic yet playful cocktails to Starlite in San Francisco. Led by bartenders Briggs Brown and Sarah Block, the team from the acclaimed whimsical escape of a bar—named for its inspiration by Henry Frick’s personal bowling alley–will be right at home behind the bar at Starlite atop the Beacon Grand.
Expect eccentric cocktails from the Silly Rabbit, a cereal-infused vodka-based cocktail garnished with a fistful of Trix cereal (they’re not just for kids!), to the early 2000’s inspired Juicy Couture, with plum liqueur, vermouth, bitter bianco, and reposado tequila. Ascend to Starlite and take it slow where the lights are down low with The Gutter for one special evening.
