THHE Auction 2025: Hospitality 40th Annual Art Auction
Come celebrate 40 years of creativity and community as Hospitality House hosts its 40th annual art auction, THHE Auction 2025, Wednesday, April 30th, 5:30-9PM at the spectacular Saint Joseph’s Art Society, 1401 Howard Street (at 10th) in San Francisco.
THHE Auction 2025 will celebrate 40 years of neighborhood artistry, discovering hidden gems, and the healing power of art from those whose lives often depend on it.
“We need artists now more than ever, ” said Joe Wilson, Executive Director of Hospitality House. “Throughout history, the assault on our freedom has often begun with attacking the arts, and artists themselves. Artists remind us to aspire, to imagine, to celebrate our humanity. We hope you’ll join us!”
The event will again feature one-of-a-kind works from talented neighborhood artists of Hospitality House’s award-winning Community Arts Program (CAP) – the City’s only free-of-charge fine arts studio and gallery for low-income artists, offering free materials and workshops, and frequent exhibitions to showcase neighborhood talent. THHE Auction 2025 will also feature live music, delicious food by Mestiza, desserts by Foxtail and, of course, a live auction of nearly two dozen artworks from exciting and emerging Bay Area artists. Our auctioneer for the evening is the remarkable Aaron Bastian (courtesy of Bonhams Auction House).
