Coming off the heels of a lively, full-house record release show at Sweetwater, Wreckless Strangers continue their album release celebration with a special dinner show at the legendary West Marin roadhouse Rancho Nicasio on Saturday, March 7, joined by special guests, including a horn section alongside the six-piece band. The Bay Area sextet is thrilled to bring their signature sound back to the iconic venue. Music begins at 7:30 pm, with dinner reservations available from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Wreckless Strangers return to their roots with their forthcoming studio album, Dirty Souls. The six-song collection marks the band’s most raw and visceral effort to date — a modern take on the arena rock of the 1970s and ’80s that inspired their earliest musical influences.
The songwriting is among their most intimate and personal, exploring themes of relationships, loss, empowerment, and perseverance. Co-lead singers Amber Morris and David Noble function as a single organism, bringing the songs to life with bluesy grit, soul, and humanity bolstered by rock-solid, road-hewn grooves.
Dirty Souls is the band’s third studio outing under the tutelage of Grammy-winning producer Dave Way, who fosters a level of depth and organic cohesion that firmly establishes Wreckless Strangers in San Francisco’s storied rock ‘n’ roll legacy. The first single, "Dirty Soul," came out on January 23 and is available on all streaming platforms. The full album comes out in late March, but concert attendees will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase advance copies of the CD. Review copies are available now, upon request.
