The HEAL Project Spring Ahead Benefit Dinner
Renowned chefs from San Mateo County, including event host Kim Levin of Pasta Moon|845, Scott Clark of Dad’s Luncheonette, Jose Luis Ugalde from Gibraltar Gems, Lewis Rossman of Sam’s Chowder House, Wyatt Fields from Breakwater Barbeque, and Roberto Rodriguez from Mullins Steakhouse, will craft a multi-course supper sourced from Coastside producers. Each course will highlight ingredients from Coastside farms, ranches, and fisheries, including produce from The HEAL Project’s San Mateo County School Farm. The event will feature a specialty cocktail from Jetty Wave Distillery, local beer from The Half Moon Bay Brewing Co., wine from Half Moon Bay Winery, and live music from Mike McCall. Guests can also participate in a curated online auction from March 10th to 20th, as well as a
silent auction at the event.
