Saint Andrew’s Society of San Francisco Announces the 163rd Annual Burns Supper February 7, 2026 • Marines’ Memorial Hotel
San Francisco, CA — The Saint Andrew’s Society of San Francisco will host its 163rd Annual Burns Supper on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the Marines’ Memorial Hotel. This long‐standing tradition celebrates the life and legacy of Robert Burns, Scotland’s national poet, with an evening of music, poetry, toasts, and Highland hospitality.
A Burns Supper is a global Scottish tradition dating back to 1801, honoring Burns through shared food, song, and spirited recitation. His themes—human dignity, compassion, humor, and the belief that ordinary people matter—remain as resonant today as they were in the 18th century, giving the celebration a timeless relevance.
Guests will enjoy a formal dinner, piping, cultural performances, and readings of Burns’s most beloved works. Highland dress or formal attire is encouraged.
